The Details:
anage and execute strategies against for Paid Search and/or Paid Social either directly or with agencies
Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and omnichannel marketing
Analyze performance of managed channels on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance.
A/B testing, tracking, and strategies, including test ad copy, landing pages, visual assets, audience targeting, and other variables to improve performance of ad spend
Identify and drive new game-changing digital marketing opportunities to further scale the business and improve efficiencies across all marketing channels.
· Project Management/Task Oriented
Procure advertising assets from other departments and modify to ad spec if necessary
Create relevant advertising audiences using 1st and 3rd party data
Analyze, report, and communicate out campaign KPIs & day to day reporting of core digital marketing analytics across the organization.
Collaborate with brand marketing and others on the performance marketing teams to improve full omnichannel funnel efficiency and related marketing campaigns
Required competencies:
Passion for performance marketing
3+ Years of Experience in as Digital Marketing Manager or related field
3+ Years of experience managing paid campaigns in Facebook and Instagram, or Google AdWords
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Demonstrated ability to development and execute sales and marketing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and flexible with great attention to detail
Strong reporting analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail
Creative, imaginative and able to develop ideas quickly
Effective organization, time management, planning and problem resolution skills
Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision or direction
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of premium and luxury fashion brands
E-commerce apparel experience – DTC
Experience in Affiliate Marketing, SEO, and Journey Building a plus
